11th Festival for the third life period goes international!

Locks of gray hair and small wrinkles in the corners of the mouth used to be the sign of wisdom and life experiences. Today the wise words of our elderly are often overheard and not taken into consideration. Our Festival for the third life period is also growing, getting older and learning from the past experiences. This time we will meet for the eleventh year in a row and for this occasion we are going to cross the borders of our country and go international. We are expecting delegations of socio-political organizations from Italy, Austria, Hungary, Slovakia, Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia and Romania. The foreign delegates will be able, among other things, to participate on the three-day conference and to share their view on the issue of aging of the European population and of wellbeing of elderly. The purpose of the international attendance is to spread the Festival's mission of collaboration between generations all over Europe.

The main goal of the festival is not only to give a voice to elderly, but also to hear every one who feels excluded and alone. We would like to bring together people of all walks of life, who would like to share their knowledge, experiences or would simply like to help build bridges between generations.

At the festival you would be able to walk through different theme-parks, visit performances and open workshops, or share your opinion on the conference, lectures and round-tables. The youngest can participate by drawing a picture or by writing a paper about volunteer work. We are going to award the ones who were willing to look pass the generation gap. We didn't forget about students, who will get the chance to write a polemic paper about the meaning of vouleteer work for the society.
The festival is a great opportunity to connect economic sector, academic sphere, policy and people of good will, to work together for friendlier society and better quality of our everyday lives.

We are expecting more than 150 exhibitors, 2500 performers, 200 events and 12000 visitors. We are giving you the opportunity to take part at Europe's largest event for third generation.
